Description

ASHA comes from the Sanskrit meaning “Wish, Desire, Hope” We aim to cultivate all of the positive emotions associated with ASHA across our hotel and spa experiences. We will ensure you leave our spa feeling fantastic whatever treatment you choose. We pair incredible products with amazing therapists, the perfect combination to allow us to take care of you. Our treatments are especially recommended for those who are overworked, stressed or simply seeking an effective natural detoxifying process.

Our guests are invited to spend time in our dedicated relaxation zone with himalayan salt wall. The negatively charged ions found in himalayan salt help to improve our moods and overall health.

Salt therapy is similar to spending time in the salty air, which offers many more benefits that just relaxation. The negatively charged ions in the salt improve our health and mood. Inhaling particles may reduce inflammation and mucus in the lungs, improving respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies and sinus congestion. The calming and detoxifying effects of the salt particles can help support the immune system, nervous and lymphatic systems.

Asha Spas new Spa Wave Therapy is the first of its kind in Wexford, the Spa Wave experience provides key benefits such as mindfulness, meditation and deep relaxation techniques
